Terms of Service

1. Age requirement

Vivon is only for users aged 18 and older. By registering you confirm you are at least 18. If we find you are under 18, your account will be deleted immediately.

2. Account

• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure
• Only one account per person is allowed
• You may not share your account with third parties

3. Prohibited conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Nudity, sexual content, sexual solicitation
• Content involving minors
• Violence, threats, harassment, hate speech
• Impersonation or fake profiles
• Spam, advertising, phishing, fraud
• Malware or malicious code
• Collecting others' personal info without consent
• Unauthorized recording of calls or messages
• Bypassing safety mechanisms

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account deletion.

4. User content

You own the content you upload. To operate the service, you grant Vivon permission to display, transmit, and process that content. We may remove reported or rule-violating content without prior notice.

5. Vivon Gems

Gems are the in-app virtual currency used for video calls, voice calls and gifts.

• Purchased via Payriff (bank cards), Google Play, or App Store
• Prices, transaction currency and applicable taxes are shown before purchase
• Balance is tied to your account and is lost if the account is deleted
• Prices may change without prior notice (already-purchased gems keep their value)

Refund policy: unused gems can be refunded within 7 business days — see Payment & Refund. Used gems are non-refundable.

6. Call rates

Video and voice calls are paid for with Gems. Calls end automatically when your balance runs out.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings, or by emailing contact@vivon.ink — full details on the Delete account page. A 30-day grace period applies before permanent deletion. We may also suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

Vivon is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, and we are not responsible for other users' behaviour.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vivon is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 6 months.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute will be handled by a court or dispute-resolution body with proper jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The updated version takes effect when posted. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.
