Vivon Gems — pricing.
Vivon works on Gems, the in-app currency for video calls, voice calls and gifts. There are no subscriptions and no ads — you only spend Gems when you're actually using the app.
What Gems are used for
- Video and voice calls — Gems are spent while you are on a call
- Gifts — send a rose, heart or star mid-call
- Direct chats and callbacks — reach someone you already matched with
Gems never expire. They stay on your account until you spend them.
Gem packages
The price, transaction currency and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Card payments are processed securely. The live catalog is always visible on the Gem store in the app.
Payment methods
- Visa and Mastercard bank cards via a PCI-DSS certified payment provider
- Google Play billing on Android
- App Store billing on iOS
Vivon never stores your card number, CVV or expiry date. Card data is handled directly by Payriff.
Delivery, taxes and refunds
Delivery. Gems are credited to your wallet instantly after successful payment.
Taxes. All AZN prices already include the applicable value-added tax.
Refunds. Unused gems can be refunded within 7 business days of purchase. Full details on the Payment & Refund page.
