Community Guidelines

1. Age: 18+

Vivon is only for adults aged 18 and older. Minors' accounts are deleted immediately and reported.

2. Real identity, real photos

• Use a clear photo of your own face
• Don't use someone else's photo, celebrities, cartoons, or animal / object photos
• Don't impersonate another person
• Your face should be visible during calls

3. Respect

Unacceptable behaviour:

• Insults, sexual pressure
• Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, orientation, gender, nationality
• Threats, intimidation, promotion of violence
• Sharing others' personal info without consent (doxxing)
• Cyberbullying or coordinated harassment

4. No sexual content

Vivon is not a sexual content app. Nudity, sexual acts, sexual solicitation, and sexual objectification are strictly prohibited. Violation results in immediate permanent ban.

5. Child safety

Zero tolerance for any content that harms minors. Accounts are deleted immediately, information passed to authorities, and other legal measures taken.

6. No spam, fraud, ads

• No commercial ads or product sales
• No phishing, fake prizes, money transfer requests
• No mass identical messaging
• No crypto / investment / "get rich" schemes

7. Privacy

Sharing another user's personal information without permission is prohibited. Recording calls or screenshotting messages without consent is not acceptable.

8. Reporting

• Use Report on profiles or the call screen
• Use Block to stop someone from contacting you

Reports are reviewed by our team. Reporter identity is not shared.

9. Consequences

Depending on severity:

• Warning
• Temporary feature restriction
• Account suspension
• Permanent deletion (no re-registration)
• Cooperation with legal authorities in serious cases
